It may sound like an old-fashioned tip to you, but I can tell you firsthand how important it is to know certain simple sewing projects.Clothes are expensive, and when something happens to them, you need to be able to fix the problem. How many times have you had a clothing issue on the seam? It looks like it would be so easy to repair, but if you don't know what you're doing, then you're not going to make it look very nice.
It really is a simple project, however, and you just need some practice.
